Your heart-led work deserves a thoughtful structure that helps it flourish.

Business Design & Strategic Partnership for Purpose-Driven Practitioners

It's easier than ever to start something of your own.

Creator platforms, social media, no-code tools, and accessible technology have lowered many of the barriers to bringing an idea into the world. More people are building work around their values, creativity, spirituality, and desire to make a meaningful contribution.

But starting a business is one thing and building one that can actually support the work, and the person doing it is another.

Especially when you're building from the heart.

Traditional business and career advice can offer useful tools, but it often assumes a particular definition of success: grow, optimize, scale, do more.

What if the business you're building calls for something different?

My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next to finding clarity, confidence, and a way forward—without losing the heart behind your work.

Hi, I'm Michelle

I bring over 15 years of experience across product leadership, business strategy, research, operations, and instructional design.

Much of my career has been spent navigating ambiguity: making sense of complex problems, connecting the dots, and helping teams turn ideas and opportunities into clear strategies and actionable next steps.

I also understand that heart-led work doesn't always fit neatly into traditional business advice.

My approach looks at both:

What does your business need?
What do you need as the person building it?

I bring an intuitive and strategic lens to help you step back, see what may be difficult to see from inside your own business, and turn what we uncover into something you can actually act on — while honoring your values, goals, energy, capacity, and the deeper purpose behind your work.

When I am not supporting businesses, I’m writing poetry, enjoying a slow morning with my wife & two dogs, reading tarot, being in awe of a mature tree or asking big questions about what gives our lives meaning.

Ways to Work Together

Business Design Deep-Dive

Bring me the idea, challenge, or messy business knot. I'll help you make sense of it.

The Business Design Deep-Dive is a focused 1:1 strategy experience for purpose-driven practitioners and creators who want help understanding the root what they're navigating and determining a thoughtful path forward.

You don't need to have the problem perfectly defined before we meet. That's part of the work we'll do together.

Business Design Partnership

For larger projects or challenges that need more than a single conversation.

The Business Design Partnership is a project-based engagement for practitioners navigating a complex business challenge or opportunity. Together, we'll define what we're solving, explore the pieces that need attention, and design a thoughtful path forward.

Intuitive Clarity + Energy Healing

Sometimes the thing standing between you and what you want to create isn't another strategy.

You may already know what you want to do but find yourself circling the same fears, patterns, doubts, or resistance. Heart-led work has a way of bringing those things to the surface.

Through an intuitive tarot reading and energy healing, I'll create space to help you gain clarity around what's underneath the surface and provide a safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, explore what's holding you back, and process what's ready to move.

Growth Challenges Are Often Internal and External

Heart-led work often begins with something deeply personal: a calling, a gift, an idea, a way of helping people, or a change you want to create in the world.

But turning that work into a sustainable business often asks something more of us.

As your work develops, you may find yourself trying to hold several things at once:

  • Honoring the purpose at the center of what you're building.

  • Creating offers, systems, relationships, and ways of working that give the business room to grow.

  • Navigating the beliefs, fears, patterns, and energetic barriers that can arise as you become more visible and ask your work to support you.

Sometimes the challenge is external:  you have endless ideas, but clarity on where to focus your energy is hard, your systems are overwhelming vs supporting you, or your client experience has evolved organically vs intentionally.

Sometimes it's internal: you're struggling to trust yourself, to be seen, to receive help, set boundaries, release control, or make space to build something new.

For many, it's  a combination of both.

Our heart-led work often shines a spotlight on the internal patterns and blocks we carry, and giving space to acknowledge them can be just as important as figuring out the strategy.

You don't have to abandon the heart of your work to create a structure that supports it.

Strategy has to fit the life you're actually living and what you value.

Systems and tools should protect the parts of the work that need you -- not create more work for you.

Businesses move through interconnected phases as they grow and evolve — each asks for something different

Discover

What are you uniquely positioned to offer? This is where an idea, a new product or business begins to take shape. The focus is on turning possibility into something real.

Attract

How do the right people find you? This phase is about visibility, building trust and creating a path from being discovered to becoming a client.

Deliver

How do you do this work sustainably? As clients begin coming through the door, the experience needs to support both you and them.

Deepen

How do you deepen your relationships beyond the first purchase? This phase explores ways to nurture longer-term relationships through repeat services, groups, or other forms of ongoing connection.

Expand

How can your business grow without everything depending on you? This phase is about creating greater capacity through better decisions, support, delegation, and structures while staying connected to what makes your work meaningful.

Multiply

How can the work grow beyond you? In this phase, your ideas may be ready to take forms that don't require you to personally deliver every experience. Teaching, licensing, partnerships, facilitators or other ways of extending your work.

Curious about working together?

If you're wondering whether my services are right for you, let's connect. We can talk through what you're navigating, answer your questions, and explore whether working together makes sense for you.
